BM4 series orbital hydraulic motor is a mature shaft-distributed low-speed high-torque hydraulic power component. It adopts integrated distribution shaft and needle-mounted gerotor set, supported by double rolling bearings on both ends. Compared with BM3 series, it features larger gerotor size, higher pressure resistance and stronger load capacity.Displacement ranges from 160 to 1250 ml/r, max continuous working pressure reaches 14MPa, intermittent peak pressure up to 15-25MPa, output torque from 194 to 2650 N·m, perfectly suited for all low-speed heavy-duty transmission applications. Equipped with dedicated high-pressure rotary shaft seal, the motor bears high back pressure and allows series or parallel connection of multiple units. It realizes smooth forward/reverse switching, no crawling at ultra-low speed, and stable full-range operation at both low and high RPM.Compact and lightweight body enables direct connection with winches, drive wheels, slewing platforms, conveyor screws and other actuators without extra reducers. Multiple connection options are available, including rhombic/square flange, straight/spline output shaft, side/rear oil ports, fully interchangeable with imported equivalent orbital motors.Widely applied in mini construction machinery, agricultural harvesters, fishing net winches, injection molding plasticizing drives, mining traction equipment, sanitation sweepers, lifting hoists, machine tool feed mechanisms and other mobile & stationary industrial hydraulic systems. Low failure rate during long continuous operation with greatly extended service life.
