CBWL-F3 Series High Pressure Tandem Gear Pump, 3-Series Aluminum Alloy Double Hydraulic Oil Pump for Forklift, Sanitation & Agricultural Machinery
CBWL-F3 is a fixed-displacement high-pressure tandem gear pump of 3 series, rated working pressure 20MPa, instantaneous peak pressure up to 25MPa. Adopting integrated coaxial tandem design, one drive shaft provides two independent pressure oil outlets to supply power for steering and lifting hydraulic circuits separately. The pump housing is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy, equipped with widened DU wear-resistant floating bushings, automatic axial clearance compensation and radial hydraulic balance structure, which delivers high volumetric efficiency, stable flow and low internal leakage under high pressure. Full range of displacements including F304/F306/F308/F310/F314/F316/F320 with free combination of different displacements. Flat key shaft and involute spline shaft are optional, clockwise/counter-clockwise rotation, threaded/ flange oil ports can be customized. Widely used for high-pressure hydraulic systems of forklifts, mini loaders, sanitation vehicles, large tractors and light construction machinery, featuring compact size, easy installation and excellent durability
