CBNL-F500 Series High Pressure Tandem Gear Pump, Large Displacement Aluminum Alloy Double Hydraulic Oil Pump for Construction Machinery
CBNL-F500 series is a large-displacement high-pressure tandem hydraulic pump of 5 series, with rated working pressure of 20MPa and instantaneous peak pressure of 25MPa. It adopts integrated coaxial tandem structure, one drive shaft delivers two independent hydraulic oil circuits to supply power for travel and working mechanisms simultaneously. The pump body adopts thickened high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy housing, matched with high-precision quenched gears and widened DU wear-resistant floating bushings. Automatic axial clearance compensation structure brings high volumetric efficiency, strong pressure resistance, impact resistance and stable flow output. A full range of large displacement combinations are provided, flat key shafts and involute spline shafts are optional. Clockwise & counter-clockwise rotation, flange and threaded oil ports can be customized. Widely applied to heavy-duty hydraulic equipment including loaders, mini excavators, road rollers, heavy sanitation vehicles and large tractors, featuring strong load capacity and long service life.
