V2010 and V2020 tandem vane pumps are integrated by series connection of V10 and V20 single pump cartridges, belonging to medium-low pressure balanced fixed displacement vane pumps. V2010 combines large-displacement V20 with small-displacement V10, one circuit for main equipment movement and another for pilot control oil supply. V2020 adopts dual equal-displacement V20 cartridges, supplying oil for two independent main hydraulic circuits simultaneously. The pump adopts symmetric balanced stator structure to counteract radial hydraulic force, reducing bearing load with low vibration and noise during operation. Built-in floating valve plate automatically compensates end clearance to maintain stable volumetric efficiency under long-term operation. Modular insert cartridge design brings easy disassembly and maintenance, and the installation angle of oil ports is adjustable. Widely applied in CNC machine tools, small injection molding equipment, hydraulic power units and light industrial automation equipment. One motor drives dual oil circuits to save installation space and supporting costs, fully interchangeable with imported tandem vane pumps of the same model.
