V VQ Series Single & Tandem Balanced Intra-Vane Pumps
V series adopts 12-vane balanced structure for low noise industrial use, suitable for medium and low pressure systems of machine tools injection molding machines and hydraulic power units. VQ series uses 10 intra-vanes with max continuous pressure up to 21MPa for heavy duty mobile machinery and die casting equipment. Both single and tandem versions are available. Tandem pumps integrate two independent cartridge assemblies, one motor supplies two separate hydraulic circuits. Floating bimetal side plates automatically compensate end clearance. Hydraulically balanced rotor eliminates radial bearing load to realize low flow pulsation and quiet operation. Replaceable cartridge design allows fast maintenance without pump dismounting. Multiple displacement options and 90° adjustable port positions bring flexible installation, fully interchangeable with original Vickers pumps.
