HGP Series Triple High Pressure Gear Pump HGP-111A HGP-222A HGP-333A Multi-circuit Hydraulic Oil Pump
HGP-111A, HGP-222A and HGP-333A triple gear pumps adopt integrated coaxial triple-pump structure. Three independent pump modules share one drive shaft to supply oil for three separate hydraulic circuits simultaneously, replacing three separate single pumps, greatly simplifying pipeline layout and saving installation space. The pump housing is die-cast with high-strength aluminum alloy, matched with Grade 7 precision quenched gears and automatic axial & radial clearance compensation mechanism. Its rated pressure reaches up to 21MPa with peak pressure 25MPa, featuring high volumetric efficiency, low internal leakage and low operation noise. It supports flexible displacement combination, widely applied in construction machinery, agricultural machines, forklifts, injection molding machines, mini hydraulic stations and other multi-circuit equipment.
